Business Development Executive
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of business development experience in related industry
- Experienced in documentation & preparing proposal & tender especially in Oil and Gas Industry is an added advantage
- Committed, flexible & able to work during night time & weekend (if required)
- Good communication skills
- Able to Multi-tasking
- Able to work under pressure & dealing with clients
- Possess own transport
Job Description:
i. Coordinate development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs and ensures their execution
ii. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
iii. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
iv. Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's business and market share
v. Prospects aggressively and develops new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling and follow up appropriately to obtain appointments
vi. Plan and prioritize personal marketing activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and marketing - especially managing personal time and productivity
vii. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
viii. Interface with customer/client to initiate the enquiry and complaint handling process that includes gathering specific customer/client and products/services information
ix. Plan approaches and pitches.
x. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
xi. Prepare various documentation including Pre-Qualification, Pre-Screening, Market Survey, RFQ, RFP, ITB/Tender, MoU, Partnership Agreement, etc for Business Development Department
xii. Prepare effective proposal, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
Client Retention
i. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
ii. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
iii. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
