Job Description:
i. Responsible to acquire, process and report inspection data/result and ensure the highest standards are applied at all times, together with the application of full quality control
ii. Responsible to assist supervisor in presenting inspection data in form of technical publication/presentation for the purpose of research and development
iii.To support all inspection operations and ensure all of the necessary operational objectives are fulfilled in compliance with technical specifications and together with both ISO standard and project-specific procedures
i. Studying the requirement for the report based on technical proposal, code and standard.
ii. Preparing the inspection report up to assessment based on codes and standards requested by client
iii.Amend/revise all the report based on comment from internal reviewer and client
iv. To monitor and update the progress of inspection data/result in order to optimize the report preparation time
Research and Development:
i. Collect and documenting inspection data as per ISO Standard
ii. Conduct analysis on inspection data as requested by supervisor
iii.Prepare analysis data for technical publication/presentation as requested by supervisor

Job Description:
i. Coordinate development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs and ensures their execution
ii. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
iii. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
iv. Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's business and market share
v. Prospects aggressively and develops new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling and follow up appropriately to obtain appointments
vi. Plan and prioritize personal marketing activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and marketing - especially managing personal time and productivity
vii. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
viii. Interface with customer/client to initiate the enquiry and complaint handling process that includes gathering specific customer/client and products/services information

xi. Prepare various documentation including Pre-Qualification, Pre-Screening, Market Survey, RFQ, RFP, ITB/Tender, MoU, Partnership Agreement, etc for Business Development Department
xii. Prepare effective proposal, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
Client Retention
i. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
ii. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
iii. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
